CCFA Testifies at Hearing:
Tomorrow morning Ally Bain, a CCFA advocate and National Youth Leadership Council member will be testifying in front of the Department of Justice (DOJ) on behalf of the Foundation. CCFA recently submitted comments to the (DOJ) requesting that IBD patients be allowed access to “employee only” restrooms under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
In addition to this hearing in Chicago, there will be two other hearings in DC and San Francisco.
